Maria Quiroga is a filmmaker, artist and photographer who lives and works in New York City. Her videos, photography and multimedia works have been shown in over 20 exhibitions internationally. In 2001, Chronicle Books published The Metropolitan Museum of Arts children's book "What Can You Do with a Paper Bag?" which featured her photography. This spring, Maria's first feature film will premiere at the Delray Beach Film Festival in Delray Beach, Florida and will also be screened at the Garden State Film Festival in Asbury Park, N.J. Production of her second documentary, currently titled "Ta Da" has already begun.
